It is my understanding that if Solvex would have issued more shares than they were authorized or if something was shady about shares they issued there would be charges made. God only knows that we have been pretty well investigated. However, as my memory serves me there are NO charges by the SEC against the company. Only charges are against 2 of our officers and I don't consider these charges very major.

JJB,

I'll have to agree that the SEC actions you described sounds fishy. It will be interesting to find out who is telling the truth with regards to the 3 million shares. The article you posted wasn't at all clear about the origin of same. The word 'issued' could mean several things. I cannot honestly remember what the total authorized shares that SOLV was permitted to sell. The 3 million might have been authorized (as far as their existence) and SOLV simply failed to notify the investment community. This is bad, but not as bad as it would be if they simply "created" the shares and sold them without
sanction.

Let's give SOLV and JR the benefit of the doubt, and say that the shares were registered. What happens to the total short count if registered stocks are sold, but are never reported in the outstanding share total? Does the sale of the 3 million show up in the short column? Interesting.

Have a Great Weekend Everyone,

Gary
