Even on the BB, you still can't write shares that exceed the total authorized. Increasing the authorized requires shareholder approval, proxies, and the like. Once they hit the authorized the TA stops issuing. TG

Ken, would you sell into news without a limit that's set higher than previous days ask ? Who would ? a) People not knowing anything about trading. b) People that does not care about the company. c) People that actually wants to hurt the company. Do you sincerely think that the company comes into any of those categories? Given all the information we have here - Including last NT-10Q filing - I get a clue, We know that employees have accumulated - we also know that one or some have left the company, probably in a less nice manner. IMO it cannot be impossible to soak such up in a relatively short time. So let's just do that - I think we all agree that current price is a good deal. Kind regards Jens
