Doug & ALL: I appreciate your technical analysis & charting skills. Hearing of several different events from different sources that should vastly change your Fonar Chart. Looking for a piece of the plan maybe by early next week, however I've learned that with Fonar it is usually later than expected. I keep seeing post recently that some feel that the PPM business is not a good move for Fonar. I wouldn't know, however, I do know that Fonar's PPM was profitable from the word go. I don't know if that will continue but I hear it will increase. I also hear that Fonar intends to continue buying more PPM's and we may get an announcement soon on a large one of those. As The CHEAP Investor stated in the August issue that Fonar would be meeting with several Small Cap Stock Fund Managers, I am hearing that there are more of those meetings to take place soon. It has already been mentioned also on The CHEAP Investor Hot-Line that there are expected Foreign sales. I am also hearing that those sales contracts were made, just when Fonar will release news of that I couldn't say.. It is a known fact that Fonar has greatly increased their manufacturing capabilities and is gearing up to produce a lot of Quads. I understand that The OR-360 is now ready for market. No FDA approval on the OR-360 in the US yet. I hear that approval could come anytime now, however I would doubt that we will hear about any US sales of the OR-360 in the US until early 1999. I hear there is a lot of interest in Fonar's OR-360 in the foreign market, so maybe we'll hear of the first one being sold to some foreign country. (Personally I feel that would be a shame for the US to not get the first OR-380 but I doubt that we will). I hear the bells and whistles are ready for the Quads now and it is likely that product could start rolling out the doors by late fall. I would suppose that Quad sells would improve the Chart on Fonar, of course I don't know, I hear that sales is what the street is looking for. I am very excited about what I am hearing Fonar has for the RSNA show this year. I am told that Fonar will make this RSNA show the best show ever for Fonar. If what I hear comes to be a fact, then I would have to think that at this RSNA show Fonar Corp. may very well put a damper on their competition. I remember that The CHEAP Investor stated ( I believe in the July issue) that Dr. Damadian had said that Fonar would enhance the capabilities of the MRI more in the next 12 months than has been done in the past decade. If that is true, I see that as a big statement. I would think Dr. Damadian wouldn't make a statement like that unless he felt strongly that Fonar had the ability to do just that. Considering the fact that Dr. Damadian is the inventor of the MRI I would put more credence in the statement, if in fact he made such a statement, and I believe he did. Last of all, I am hearing of late, that Dr. Damadian & management have made several trips to Germany in meetings with Seimens. I don't know if this is true or not, just what I've heard. It has been thought for two years that eventually Fonar & Seimens might consummate a joint partnership. I personally thought witnessed Dr. Damadian and the head man in very friendly conversation when I was at the RSNA show last year. I know of no other competition that was at Fonar's show booth, and I watched this top man from Seimens as each presentation of the OR-360 was given. I can only relate my personal assessment of that and it appeared to me that this fellow was elated. He and Dr. Damadian were laughing and talking up a storm, pointing out different features of the OR-360. I mean, here is the top man at the largest radiologist show in the world where his company is also showing product and he spends all evening long at Fonar's booth. ??? Nothing may ever come of any of this partnership speculation, I would only comment from accumulative events I've watched unfold over the course of this past year. Those comments are, that it is a fact that fonar is gearing up to produce a lot of product, may be bubble gum for all I know, but I can't see the reasoning behind adding that much manufacturing without knowing you have a high possibility of selling a lot of something.......So, through a joint partnership of some kind, Fonar produces product and Seimans sells it, I would think that would create a better looking Fonar Chart. Long post I know, but I don't post on the Fonar thread all that much, too many new brains here for a dummy like me. My head gets to swimming when trying to read those folks post, so I just don't waste my time. They won't likely read this either, too elementary. However, I have done quite well by trading Fonar's stock and still buying as I accumulate capital from other trades. Accumulation of capital, That is my main goal. I remain positive on Fonar, believing that it to be a very low risk with very high potential. BTW Doug, I didn't post this to refute your chart assessments or your opinions. You were correct a few months ago when you said that it appeared Fonar's stock would go down. I also remember someone who stated in early 1997 that by September 1998 Fonar should be priced at $15 to $18.00. I believe that assessment, even though far from reality, is correct, "Fonar should be priced a lot higher." That wasn't you was it? If it was, maybe you'll be correct on both ends, cause if Fonar drifts to $1.50 or below, I'm going to sell something, buy another wagon and load it up with FONR. Back to the little otc-bb's, about only stocks that has made me money this year but man a few of them have made this old boy happy plus given me buying power if the chart on Fonar is correct. Regards, Malcolm
