Good morning Given the number of shareholders who have already written this off, I doubt we'd be able to raise the 20K....this is why I suggest a criminal investigation into Miller's activities. If they are truly trying to get us relisted (and I know you are reading this Miller) we'd appreciate if you let us know how it is proceeding. If not, I would suggest someone living in the Concord area to please call the authorities or the RCMP. (I have never been to the 'office') Include Mr. Zeldin in your statement. Good luck to all

Adrian, step 1: Find how many shareholder want to sue step 2: Find a lawyer who will start the job for less than 20 k and willing to work at % step3 : Let say that we have 50 shareholders willing to front 100.00 = 5000.00 to start and then the lawyer get paid with the % of the recoup 30% if fine with me as I have 3000.00 lets say that average is 3000.00 X 50 = 150,000.00 X 30% = 45 k + 5 = 50 k P.S.
