Fred, I have MO at some major resistance at the $44.5-$45 level too. But I see a pennant formation taking shape on the Chart. By Labor day, I see MO in the low 50's. Impetus: A deal with the Attorney Generals ( they are now desperate for a deal with the industry having the upper hand here ), a 3 Billion share buyback to be announced at the beginning of the 4th Quarter and a dividend increase. The Bear hates big dividend increases. It's something he can't devour and take away. The Bear loves those small and mid cap securities with daily volume under 750 million shares. PS. Don't you love that Viagra? It's like being 18 all over again. What a Renaissance! Double the medication? Are you crazy? I'd need a harem!
