Come on you guys!! Do you really think KANA will do a stock buy back? WAKE UP AND FACE REALITY!!! Why in the world would KANA do a stock buyback? IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A SHI#$ ABOUT THE SHAREHOLDERS!! Enough with the rumor of stock buybacks. It will not happen now, or in the future.

JC, I hope your right about your reasons for investing. I know from the outside KANA looks like a good play, but the more you look into KANA the more ROTTEN they look. I think they are taking us all on a BIG ride.

Blue sky by next week...how long has it been now? 4 months or so!!! If KANA makes a profit this year, it will be good. After the way they have treated their shareholders, they could announce an 11 cent EPS and people would say BIG DEAL, they don't give a crap about their shareholders, so why invest in KANA.

Once a company has lost shareholder faith, then it's very hard to get them to build back up to a good level. KANA needs to get off of their asses and do something now before it's too late.

You all need to quit dreaming of how rich KANA is going to make you and start looking at the facts of how they (KANA) have treated us (the shareholders). I'm in with an average of 33 cents and I really don't think I will see that price this year, based on the way the stock has been trading and based on what I've been told by Prima and what has actually taken place.

I would like to see KANA go higher, but I don't see it happening anytime this year. Happy trading and good luck on this one.

Signed, a forced long hauler on KANA

Andrew 28. I will not argue with you here because the next few weeks will tell the real story of KANA. If KANA is there to do business or to cheat us investors. I tend to believe the former than the latter. You seem to believe the latter. If my belief is right, the stock is very cheap. Otherwise, as you said, it is a wallpaper.

From what the company has said about outstanding shares (8 million after 504 placement), it doesn't appear that the 504 placement was the sole reason for the price drop. I think there is more to it. And I don't think the company can lie outright about its outstanding shares because of legal liabilities.

One reason for the fall is that the company is not doing anything to regain investor's confidence. It's probably not their priority right now since they raised the capital they needed. I only hope the company is working hard as they said they are. There is no proof of it since there hasn't been any updates. They keep assuring us that there is going to be news releases which never appeared. I am willing to give them the time they need.

Once they gain investors' confidence, I think the stock will raise quite fast to many times what it is trading at now. If you have that faith, invest now at cheap prices. Otherwise, hold on until we find the truth.
