Thank you. Actually by header I meant the header of that PR: "Kaire Holdings Inc. Completes a $2 Million Equity Private Placement for its Subsidiary Kaire International Inc." Now, subsidiary I understand to mean in this case a company wholly controlled by another. Obviously it's not a word to throw around casually in press releases issued by a public company. All IMHO.
