Thanks for the kind and useful suggestion. Actually, though, I've already read all the news releases, and all the SEC filings too.

So I'm already familiar with the one you cite. re. the purported Oct. 1 ship date. It doesn't mean anything will actually ship, or that somebody will actually give TurboDylution some cash for it. It just says that that is the intent.

If it were a purchase order from General Electric, I'd say it's money in the bank. But it's not. It's a PO from somebody in Russia, where practically nobody pays their bills.

So now it's a 'letter of information'. I see. Well, I suspect you know even less about the meaningfulness of a 'letter of interest', or a 'letter of intent' from Ex-Im Bank than I do, which is to say nothing at all.
