" The major weakness will occur when KNI-chips are released - and new applications support KNI only or those that support KNI and 3DNOW perform significantly faster on KNI. Re: " Just how superior is it? 10%, 20%, 50%, 2X, 5X over 3DNow!? " I don't have an answer to that - but Cyrix seems genuinely concerned because ISVs have told them (Cyrix) that KNI is superior. But relax - AMD can always drop their prices some more to sell the K6-2 to the hobby market. Paul
