I was told by Mr. Taylor that the first cash in flow would be small with respect to the $150,000,000. However, he said the way the deal is to be set up was that weekly inflows would be comming.

The first couple would be to get current. The others for business direction and the growth.

This I was this told two months ago. So, maybe if the did infact get the debenture done, we should all be ok shortly.
