[ AMGV ]

Hello Joe,

Thanks for being so patient for my response.

AMGV is an interesting one, since it has broken its longer term down trend line. The thrust necessary to sustain its post-breakout levels appears to have waned, but the intermediate term technical picture currently remains optimistic.

What I would be most cautious about is the possibility of a Failed Signal, and that is the instance where the breakout is met with a failure to follow through, and the price falls back below the trend line. Such occurrences have often lead to an abandonment of bullish sentiment.

PERI is a good example of the consequences of a Failed Signal, as is SNRS, as I have pointed out on that thread once before.

The fundamental picture is fairly opaque, so I will hold off on any commentary in this regard.

Good luck.

Regards,

Rainier
