I agree. No fundamental changes, except perhaps for the worse. And I prefer to focus on fundamentals. The candlestick (and volume) is a technical indicator, which focuses on the market psychology (but I'm not saying anything that everyone doesn't already know).

There have been no fundamentals in the semis, and particularly the semi-equips, but look at them get snapped up.

And I agree on the head fakes, which is why I am watching, and not necessarily buying.

It would appear the only reversal is the predictions on this thread of stock price movement. Perhaps GLM will be UP one dollar today. Now showing up 3/4. MDCO showing strength again today... How long will it last?

End of Friday selling kick in again?

OSX up 4% in the first 30 minutes of trading today with the market flat. Too soon to be sure, but the odds are better than fifty-fifty that the bottom is in. These stocks move before the news. By the time we start to here good news the OSX probably will be up at least 25%.
