That makes sense.

For anyone wanting to invest somewhat larger sums in CYI this is a good opportunity. There is a dearth of active buying pressure along with nervousness by current shareholders. So the incentive would seem to me to be letting the bids drop and test the market a little.

If I'm reading the trades correctly this time,

they look like more of the 'quiet block building' you were pointing out. I'd like to see news from CYI also for the sake of the market price, but at the same time feel encouraged to see what I think is evidence of large position accumulation.
