PMCS also supplies chips to Cisco's other non-ATM products including the 7500 Series family of routers (which Cisco recently announced includes a POSonet port adapter. Lets see PMCS's Spectra handles this POS.. hmmmm) Also RACs for Ascend etc. More than just ATM! Bulldozer

From the 10K March 1998: The Company also sold $2,555,000 and $6,584,000 of products in 1997 and 1996, to Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco"), a company who's former officer is a director of the Company. Outstanding accounts receivable from Cisco were $14,185 and $1,929,000 as at December 31, 1997 and 1996 respectively. 1997 total pmcs revenues were 127,166,000. From the most recent 10Q: The Company has no long-term volume purchase commitments from any of its major customers. The Company has only one customer that accounted for more than 10% of its 1997 revenues, but depends on a limited number of customers for a major portion of its revenues. wj
