Ken, Last month I just kind of eyeballed the deal and came up with something over 10%. I'm sure you did a more thorough job so I'll go with your figure. It's a good thing that it's not based on ELGT share price. Have you put a call into the Congo yet to tell them to cut it out? Qualcom says they're not too concerned and the only result will be a delay in setting up. Oh well. Doug R
