My opinion regarding the lower bid/ask price of TSIG: Just the MM's setting up for any sellers of TSIG post CC/pre launch, and their way of maintaining a low price on TSIG as a BB. All they need is two days to play "Hide the BB profits" game, and the CC let them know they have at least until Tuesday morning to play "Shake the shares". I've noticed several other BB's that are waiting on major news being priced the same way. (MSHE is especially mirroring TSIG in eerily the same manner.)
