RE: shareholders rights plan.
We had something like this at a company where I worked. Also, there , all shareholders were given the right to buy shares at what seemed to be an incredibly high price. I really don't understand how that gives protection when the price is so high. Unless, it is a simple thing to change the price if the situation ever came up, but in the meantime, there is no risk the owners of the rights will exercise their right. That's my guess. BTW, Since Molly Cade already owns more than 15%, there was an exception made for her and there were a couple of other exceptions. The right lasts for 10 years. Hopefully Cade will get to 15 by 2008!
