IQ, do u think Semis are getting over bot? amat nvls moved quite a bit and i m not sure this can sustain. I have not seen too many upgrades in semi-equipment so may be safe to continue to hold or sell? BRIEFING: . The SOX semiconductor index is rocketing 12 points today to 275 helped by favorable comments from Lehman. Intel (INTC) +1 1/2 leads the way, but virtually all the 16 stocks in the index are up: Novellus (NVLS) +3 1/8, Applied Materials (AMAT) +2, Micron (MU) +1 and so on.
