Bonnie; This seems to show up more in fast moving markets, I see
some but not a lot, it's stealing pure and simple and it happens
so fast you can't pin it on anyone. There are Market Makers that
can short change you as good as a carnival huckster.
This run up caught them with low inventory, and I think most of that
is some S/MMs accumulating inventory..when they get the inventory
built up you might see trades going off above the bid/ask.
What issues do you see it in the most.
