Sylvester. Maybe you are depressed by your absence? Hopefully SNRS will brighten up your mood. Sunrise will be reporting the quarter maybe at the close today but more likely next week. (SEC requires them to file the 10-Q by the 15th or file an extension. At the shareholders meeting, one of Russ's goals was to do timely filings so we may see this filing days, maybe a week before the deadline.) Maybe there will be some good news there. If you will recall my posts about the companies that get relisted, it happens shortly after they report the quarter. So it is possible that we will see a release from SNRS that they will be relisted. The example I cited was a press release announcing relisting one week after the 10-Q and trading on NASDAQ NMS one week later. Lets keep our fingers crossed, but not worry about it if it doesn't happen. You might consider me one of those investors you refer as a "large one". I did not sell stock recently, I bought. I learned a lesson as an investor at the age of 13 that I try to follow and occasionally succeed at and that is "buy low, sell high". The only large investors that would be selling at this level are ones squeezed in margin calls or have some other imminent cash requirement that forces them to sell. This stock is one of those that fits Peter Lynches definition of "a great story." A large investor will be holding on to this one for several years, at least. I will sell a little on the way up (over $10), but when the real return will come will be when we start seeing the per eye fees pass the company sales. I will buy all I can under $6. For one thing, SNRS "large" investors need to support the price above $5. (I think this may still be one of the requirements for listing on NMS vs. Small Cap, although depending on the numbers in the 10-Q, this may not be a requirement.) Unless there is bad news from the company, a nuclear war breaks out, we go to war, or maybe if Clinton is impeached, we will not see the stock under $5. (If we see impeachment proceedings initiated, I will be buying everything I can because it will be a sign that the country feels character counts and it is good to do the right thing, and bad to do what you can get away with.) Enough editorial. Regards, Joe
