Actually, Its moe like them selling you the gun and ammunition and then looking in the gun and the pin is gone and much of the gunpowder is missing from the shells as well - but somehow you manage to shoot yourself in the foot anyway - <<gg>> Eric

I'm an edii investor just so that you know where I am coming from...A shell has nothing in it......a shell cannot be a "lemon" A shell is a shell...a company with a stock structure but nothing in it. You can either fill it with good things, bad things or nothing at all :o) Personally I have no interest in MTEI but there are some people around insinuating current links between the two and that is just outright drivel. Some of the protagonists involved have or had connections to both but that is as far as it goes. Gort and Guttman the PR guys would fall into this category. By the way, I wish you luck with MTEI in all honesty..I pray it works out for all investors. ColinD
