Mark: What are the company's intentions with respect to resolving the issue with Ledoux's results? When are the answers expected? What exactly has Ledoux told the Company? Is the screw up at Ledoux or in the check labs? King Sid has had more than an adequate opportunity to address these issues and he has not. Accordingly, I interpret the last release and its total failure to quantify the company's efforts to resolve the situation in any reasonable manner (as anyone interested in developing FL would) as backing away from FL despite the platitudes you point to.
