this could be it, but will it be a turn on the dime ? This doesn't feel like a rally with prolonged legs. My opinion of course. I'm enjoying it as much as the next person and Wednesday did have the feel of a capitulation, but there are still too many of the same negatives out there that originally drove this sector into the dirt. Oil prices are weak, day rates are weak, etc., etc., etc.. I totally agree that 6-12 months out the sector should be higher, but I'd like to see a little more basing before scrambling on board.
