Just $0.50 more please before News (next week)

Yes - the shorts have thrown in the towel and taking profits now - and maybe some are going onto the long side.

Volume has picked up as I suspected it would earlier in the trading day. Technical signals generated from yesterday's numbers give NIR a buy rating. Did the MACD show a 'golden cross' yesterday - is that what it's called - I don't hve my TA books at hand? Here two moving averages cross to generate a buy signal - if so it's the first since mid-June. In any case I suspect that technicians will also be looking favourably at NIR again. I wish I knew enough here to put together a full report - but the simple indicators look very good - I should be able to do it this time next year for another stock perhaps. We've missed a strong technician on this thread over the last few months - it's just one more piece of information to add to the rest.

I'm hoping that NIR will creep up another $0.50 prior to News so that I can get my margin going pre-News - which is looking more and more like Tuesday - but it could be Monday - anyway - next week :-)

I'm very curious to see what today's volume number ends up to be. I wonder if it'll get over 250k and NIR up to say $2.75. I imagine the buying now is a mix of shorts covering and traders/investors also buying.

David.
