I have a question about TSIG's financial condition. Is Compact Connections still an operating entity? I understand that it is profitable. Won't this help TSIG's finances?

Dear Jeff, You really need to do better than that. Let me make it a simple question that you can answer. Did you say that Gordon can convert his debt into shares at $0.15 at anytime? Simple question.
