In a time when small investors are being harmed by groups which act strategically in concert to manipulate the price of stocks down, . . .

What about a time when small investors are being harmed by groups which act strategically in concert to manipulate the price of stocks up, . . ., eh? How come the company never objects to that? When do you think we will ever hear from Danny D on stopping that practice?

Poor ColleenB,

You might try to thoroughly read messages before replying.

The Company will cancel all stock and re-issue all stock under a
new Cusip Number and trading symbol.

Exactly what I said. Let me help you. From my reply:

The price swing was a result of the last hyped days of MTEI. Shorts only have to be covered when the CUSIP changes. If the symbol merely changes the CUSIP is still valid which is what is on a certificate. That is what the broker uses to verify the cert.
