protege, no offense, but I really don't think the dgivinvestor situation is central to what DGIV may or may not do. Your theory about him is interesting, though. As far as your theory on the news releases, the last thing DGIV wants to do, IMHO, is to create a "frenzy of buying." The thing they should be doing, and are doing, is to continue to build the company's fundamentals, firm up contracts, pursue national listing through direct application or acquisition, and to release news at the appropriate times. By doing this, the stock price will reflect those fundamentals and not be driven by frenzied buying or selling. It is better to have a steady rise over a long period rather than quick runups.

As a long-term investor in DGIV, I believe that it is only a matter of time before DGIV 'shows" the world the fruits of Jimmy Chin's labor, which will be reflective of his vision. We "know" that to achieve this vision, DGIV will need to sign more contracts, make more acquisitions and leave the BB world. The only question, really, is the "time frame" for these events...... Only Jimmy and DGIV know the optimal time frame for announcements,etc...As along-term investor, I believe that we will be richly rewarded one day and actually am taking advantage of these price levels to buy more. I KNOW that when the announcements,news begin to 'stream" in, today's price will be a bargain..........

I know you do read the "charts"-I would bet this release will do something "interesting" to the DGIV charts starting Monday.....
