Jhild are you implying that Dror contacted every single accounting firm in US and no one would take the EDII account except BDO. If so I think you need to be very careful with statements like that.

EDII would not take too kindly to that sort of slander.

Your time is coming.

I wonder why Danny is using BDO Seidman. It isn't because they are the only one that would work with him after Deloitte & Touche pulled out of his last venture because they required the addition of a statement to the financials that they could offer no assurances that the company could remain a going concern on the basis of it's financial condition?

See my previous post as it pertains to the "negative light" situation without being negative...

This subject has been discussed before.

I checked with MicroTel's (Dror's last venture) management. They stated that Deloitte did not resign the MicroTel account. Deloitte was asked to resign by the Board of MicroTel.
MicroTel appointed BDO Seidman because Deloitte billing was excessive to be afforded by a company of MicroTel's size.
BDO Seidman's fees were much more reasonable while the quality of their auditing was just as good as Deloitte's.
