Betty Ann, Read any Gartner Group report on ERP recently. New licenses are slowing and there is pricing pressure. The analysts know this, and thats why Sap stock isnt moving. Im not trying to antagonize people here, but lets face facts. Sap is down 1/8 as I write this. Michelle BTW hiring in a consulting organization is a tricky thing to gauge. Example if they are expanding into front office and SCM (which Sap claims to be) you have got to staff those 2 organizations. These people are supposed to be experts so its mostly hiring from the outside vs. a redeployment of personnel.
