If champagne is indeed flowing for a good reason, I would think since the reason has yet to be made public that it would preclude insider buying.

I am not getting too excited, for there is not much substance there. Nevertheless today's action is encouraging.

Maybe somebody got engaged?
Maybe a new ASIC was tested and performed well?

Sure would be nice if this was contract related, but there are quite a few reasons for a party that would not result in an immediate benefit to shareholders.

There aren't many times that one can be happy that the price is shooting past 1 3/4. Let's hope that this is the last time we are happy for this reason.
