Doug, I don't know a lot about ALA. Just learning...sounds like you may understand the company much better than I do. Looks like DIGI is going to take me into ALA. Only thing that bothers me so far, is the fact that the stock is near a 52-week high, and was trading at 25 as recently as February...OTOH, the stock has held relatively strong in the recent market turmoil. Last I heard, the merger should take place this fall...seem to remember speculation of October. The narrowing gap between ALA and DIGI seems to support the thought it's not too far off. I plan on selling after the merger most likely. In the meantime, I keep selling 35C against my DIGI stock. Good luck, sf
