Plug it into your Mtech any way - it should run at 200 Mhz or so.

Jim, my Mustang board 2.8v setting measured at almost 2.9 volts. It should work but why bother? Without a 100MHz bus and a better coprocessor, the actual performance improvement over the PR300 will be minimal. IMHO, instead of paying twice as much for the 333, you'd be better off upgrading something else (e.g. memory).
