Dear Cousin, (I wonder if they have figured that out yet)
We are certainly in agreement about JC and his abilities. But it will be fun reading their financials (if) when they put them out.

I trust you were referring to the following post in you recent posting:
---------------------------------------------------------------
So when will TVL start selling?

RESPONSE: Tri-Vision started a long time ago and it should be noted was first to sell decoders in the marketplace. Tri-Vision started selling last June 12th via www.v-gis.com. It is approaching sales through retail outlets but no exact date has been announced. The Company has indicated a launch of product by the time school starts up, maybe even earlier. The delay has related to the delay in encoding and to finalizing agreements with retailers who wanted to be sure enough coding was done to merit retail sales.
----------------------------------------------------------------

The references to sales made, still stand. Sales on the v-gis website began June 12th and payment has been received for these sales made over the website. The payment constitutes a sale.

At no point did I state that the Company booked these sales as revenues. Revenues are announced in quarterly reports and year end statements. After audit, they can be relied upon as revenues.

I agree that revenues should not be booked until product is delivered. The point I was trying to make is that sales have started already. If you refer to the above, there was no mention made of revenues.

I don't believe you have enough knowledge about my background and experience to make the kind of comment you made.

Oh, and thanks, I received the envelope you sent me in the mail today (tongue in cheek).
