Y'know, I always thought Mme. Curie was a hot mama.

Janet Reno? I'm more partial to Madeline "The Thrill" Albright.

Well, if we're sacrificing our self-respect, per your suggestion, then there's really nothing wrong with Paula Jones.

(That piggy enough for you?)

This would have worked better if I'd asked it of a normal group of men.

Hey, I think I resemble that remark. So what makes you think we aren't normal? Just look at this thread. You have high testosterone discussions on mole eradication with explosives and firearms, spiced with animalkeeper potty jokes. And you know that sports interests are coursing just under the surface and ready to bloom redolent with nostalgic footnotes at the drop of a fly ball. So how much more normal do you want without getting another washer load of socks and straps?

Would you have preferred instead a tedious listing of vacuous starlets? Or did you seriously think that someone was going to come up with Golda Mier or Elanor Roosevelt or Queen Victoria? I am sure that they each had their moments, but if someone had come up with that list would you have thought them normal either?

Penni,

This is becoming interesting. Are you suggesting that because men prefer to fantasize about Demi Moore and others like her rather than Janet Reno and Bella Abzug that we are all sexist? Didn't you ask for whom we would consider giving up our integrity? I think everyone thought you were joking, hence the cartoon characters, which I interpreted as a polite, dignified way to avoid the appearance of sexism by naming the usual supermodels we all know and love.

I think you would agree that we all (women and men) fantasize more about the beautiful or pretty people than the other. But that's only for fantasizing, not for marriage or permanent, real relationships. Do women only think of ugly guys, not the pretty ones? You don't consider Nicholas Cage as ugly as Janet Reno, do you?

Okay, so are you implying that all men are sexist? That all women are not? Or that liking pretty people is unusual or otherwise inherently sexist or wrong?

Is Rambi sexist? Are you?

Bill

Bella Abzug? Janet Reno? Sarah Caldwell? Madame Curie?

Acckkk!! Hurl-bait!

Right now Denise Richards is on my short list (right after the nameless babe who wallpapers my computer screen). Denise, of Starship Troopers fame, has that Rambi-esque quality of being a babe who totes heavy weaponry. And let's not forget Jessica Rabbit.
