Hi Nick,

TSQD:

I will play it conservatively, that is, give myself a head
start on my sell day, which will be the day prior to the
IPO day.

Assuming a target peak of $9, I will divide my 10,000
shares as follows- as the price moves up- at market, not
limit.

2,000 @ 7 1/2

3,000 @ 8

5,000 @ 9

I will have to anticipate the approach of each level for
execution timing. It may have to be adjusted up or down.

Best,

<< I'd like some advice on the best way to sell 10,000 shares of a BB stock without falling foul of the MM's>>

Probably at 1,000 at a time over the entirety of a trading day. I've frequently had trouble selling even 5k of Nasdaq stocks unless I've spread the sells out over a few hours.
