Globe says firm hot with orders Mond Industries Inc MII Shares issued 28,605,000 Aug 7 close $0.54 Mon 10 Aug 98 In the News The Globe and Mail reports in its Saturday, August 8, 1998 edition that Mond Industries, Canada's largest manufacturer of domestic intermodal containers for the truck and rail transportation sector has received purchase orders totalling more than $10-million for dry freight vans, refrigerated units and container chassis. The Globe's Market Movers column reports that Mond's shares were up seven cents to 54 cents, Friday.
