Hi Robert, "In answer to your questions:" Thanks for your response. Although it doesn't directly answer my concerns, it does hint at another possible answer that may be exceptable. Could it be that after one year in each market, the numbers looked something like: New York Boston Total customers on-net 500 1000 Total customers 1000 4000 Percent on-net 50% 25% Is this a case of having some information being worse than having no information?
