Non-Tech : PPD (Pre-paid Legal Services) on the move -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Syndicated radio personality Bruce Williams recently began offering PPD policies through his mail order company, called Radio Merchandise (1-800-33-RADIO). Ads for the policies run during his broadcasts. The policies currently are not available through the Radio Merchandise website. This will probably change eventually.

Also, someone here locally opened an office dedicated to selling PPD policies, and they've been advertising on radio and in the local newspaper.

Both of these marketing efforts increase awareness of pre-paid policies, which leads to new policies being sold. Lots of people who have never heard of pre-paid legal policies are now finding out about them.

Radio Merchandise's involvement with PPD is particularly encouraging because Bruce Williams is deeply respected by his listeners. The tacit suggestion is that Williams endorses the policies.
