I think the business plan is wrong. Company started with asking $360/yr. for an obscure service. When SI started, their service was unique and they still made it free. That is until the service proved its merits and irreplacibility. SI built the member base to get momentum then started charging for the new members. That was a good plan. NOw SI is well positioned to leverage its membership base in many different ways. It is only limited with their imagination. PNLK says $360/yr is cheap. What is the definition of cheap? You cannot call something cheap until you establish value. Now everyone is waiting for Phase2 to establish that value. Another letdown, what do you think the price will be? 16M shares obtained at pennies is just too much for these weak legs to carry.

Diestel, $ 30 per Mo. individuals (not companies) pay this much
for ISP or: cable or: 2nd. phone line or: cell phone ...
I think it is a very cheap price for the service and the other options
they get with it.
