I think it's fairly safe to say that today's spike in OS equities is directly a result of the shameful bombings in Africa. Claims are that the islamic jihad has coordinated these gutless attacks.

It's very unfortunate that many had to die to move this sector.

The whole market, and this sector in particular, was due for at least a technical bounce.

There is obviously some buying-the-dip going on, but I doubt there is much, if any at all, sector rotation.

I saw MIND got another decent upgrade, and there has been a rash of other ugrades recently also, so some analysts are becoming more comfortable with current valuations.

IMO of course.
