David: I am sure that LSI performed its due diligence, but I think it would be foolish to not come fully prepared to a special conference call that would specifically discuss Symbios. Clearly, primary questions that would be asked would revolve around how large the charge would be this quarter and how soon the earnings could be expected to accretive, and what the earnings would be. I would hope that they not put it off until the 3Q CC because that would allow uncertainty to stay in the stock price.
