Over the last year the company has had around 10 to 12 days of trading north of 1 million shares. I'm expecting a few of those this month.

Trading patterns are also strange without morgan stanley and goldman sachs as market makers.

John, When Hyperion initially hit the 40 dollar range, there were numerous trades involving 10-20-30k shares. Volume was high and Hyperion eventually ran up to the mid $40's. When it happened, there was no doubt about institutions trading the stock.
