The Stock of the Month club newsletter has approximately 8000 recipients. A repost of their most recent article seems appropriate.

"DGIV was initially profiled back on July 12 at a price of 2.75
and since we have seen over a 25% increase. Recently DGIV share
price has slumped. While we are unsure of the direct factors
causing the decline, we typically see reasons such as Market Maker
manipulation or loss of short-term interest as factors. However,
weaker performance in the broad market due to Asia concerns may
also be causing alarm.

We are still confident in the long-term performance ability of
DGIV, and we want to recap some of Digitcom's highlights.

- The Internet Telephony Index (ITI) has shot up 1620%
cumulatively YTD in 1998 fueled mainly by Micro Cap IP companies
who are leading the industry in technological innovations and
breakthroughs almost on a daily basis.

- DGIV's proprietary technology will rival the $670 Billion
telecommunications industry by providing greater network
efficiency with lower operating costs.

- In 1997, worldwide IP traffic averaged 6.3 million minutes a
month. By 2002, it is expected to reach 8.8 billion minutes a
month.

- DGIV is partnering with local exchange carriers, PTT's, and even
national governments to provide the least expensive call
alternatives to each company's customers.

- Digitcom is ensuring their position with their strategic equity
capital partnering arrangements, so that they will be positioned
to capitalize as countries continue to develop economically and
politically.

- Jimmy Chin, Digitcom's CEO and visionary, possesses the
foresight and marketing savvy that is responsible for bringing
DGIV out of its infancy and to the position it is today as a major
market player.<<<<
