Any bounce in the micro-cap that I own and I will dump it. Early stage in a bear market, IMO.

REITs will not be a safe haven if a real bear hits.

Book value is nice while lots of folks are buying property, but if there is a bear it will affect real estate as well.

That is what I am seeing, too. As long as the market holds out...

You were seeing trading below the bids. If you are looking at NAZ, I wouldn't worry about it. They print late trades like crazy these days --to the point of being ridiculous, especially after the close. Those Bastards. ;-)

The NY is another story. Actually, it seems ironic, but I would rather see big trades below the bid rather than above the ask for the short term (if I am long). I know this seems contrary, but it works. Its like seeing a huge ask and then having the whole thing taken out, the stock then moving higher. You would have thought that a huge amount of posted sellers was a negative. Strange.
