It will pull quotes from various web sites - both real-time and delayed - and allow you to track your portfolios, show you live intraday charts, alert you to stock price goals reached, and provide you with a neat interface to bigstocks.com historical charts. I wrote it, so I am not quite objective :) but I think it is one of the best such programs out there.
