He gave the stockholders misinformation. He may have lied or possible not have known the full facts. In response to a question from one of the stockholders present, he stated that " we no longer use Intel's proprietary ICE code in the AMD 486 microprocessor chips." A month later Jerry Sanders admitted in a press interview that the ICE code was still being used by AMD. ( ICE = In Circuit Emulation )

It is not too late for sinners to shed their AMD & NSM stocks and come to Intel. As Apostles of the Intel faith we welcome all,
