Jack,
Have you spoken with Warren or anyone else at the company or GRN for any additional information?
George is trying to get the financing in order. This is the major hurdle that needs to be completed. Without the financing, the deal is dead. This whole situation is really an opportunity to be in on the ground floor of a new era.
I am suprised to see the stock at this level. The fact that the deal is going on should make the stock at least at .10/share or better.
I also think there is an individual or group of individuals trying to knock the price down for what ever reason.
Warren Wheeler, CEO of Receptagen, has expended considerable personal sacrafice to keep things together and putting the deal(s) together. He should be highly commended.
Again, the only thing of importance right now is Georges putting together the financing package and completing the merger.

Jack, if you have had any conversations with anyone on RCG please post it here.
I think my trial on SI is about to run out so if you don't see my posts here you can still find me on www.stockhouse.com

Regards,

Russ
