As far as I know the SEC does not even divulge information to the complainant. If the lift does happen Tuesday the 11th, it happens at midnight. Trading will be Wednesday. Still waiting for $20,000 VCAR money. ($200,000) Illegally traded that I complained about over a year ago. They told me I'll get the money if the allegation has merit. If no check, then it didn't have merit. But they refused to give a time frame or a yes or no, and advise people to seek redress in the court system. George
