From my sources, it was a simple discussion.... Forgive the
$11 million or IDA goes into receivership... Whether there
is some un-written agreement is unknown... However, much
of what this company does seems to lurk in the shadows...

I would suggest caution in investing in this company until
such time as it starts making profits (which it has yet
to do ... Or has it?.... It's just that we shareholders
seem to be in a black hole when it comes to what exactly
is going on.... Perhaps Intentionally....)

Let us know if you better success in extracting
information about IDA....

I think you'll find that the past year's "earnings" resulted from one-time items. Personally, I wouldn't use those earnings or the PE ratio to indicate whether the shares are a buy. I suggest you look at the past quarter's results to better see where things stand.
