Mark,

Some of these statements I quoted were made public during the AGM. I was there. Some verbal, some printed. Even with that, I was not saying they gave me a more reliable behind-the-scene picture. None of us knows. We are all guessing, because we are not there during their day to day operation. I am only saying that, with these different public statements made by others, it makes one wonder how committed is Sid towards with J/L. It sure tempers his 'luke-warm, lack of detail' statement.

I am still hoping that he will keep an open mind and make the right decision when it comes to working out a deal with Johnson.

I don't know enough technical detail about Johnson technology and only go by what people tell me. These people are not all experts either. But, we should pay more attention to Dr. Russell's evaluation. Though we don't have the final report, I remain hopeful. Either this report or Ledoux backing up their number will save our investment, at least for the time being. IMO forget about new projects from CPM. At this stage, hearing our president talking about new projects and boasting our technical strength is scary.

I am not managment bashing. (May be this is the best management we can afford at this stage). We don't have enough evidence to judge. The jury is still out. Time will tell.

Regards,

Wayland
